If you do not have a way to scan or upload your baby photo please drop them off with your FULL NAME on the back and your number on October 26 or 27 from 11:12-11:51am outside room 106. Grad Photo Sessions:
When:
Appointments begin November 23-December 2
Where:
Portraits will be taken in the WGSS Library Quiet Study Area (please enter through the exterior Library door) from November 23 to December 2. Sign-up for appointments will close on November 22. All grads must be photographed for the yearbook and class composite.
Strict COVID protocols by our photographer, Vibrant Photos, have been implemented for the grad portraits:
· Gowns and v-stoles sterilized by a steam-press between each appointment.
· Caps sterilized by a hat-press between each appointment.
· Box seats wiped down with professional grade cleaner between each appointment.
· All students must hand sanitize upon entering the portrait area before their appointment.
· Photographers will be masked and maintain social distance from students.

Appointment times are FIRST COME FIRST-SERVED.

Choose either the full portrait sitting ($50 charge for 16 poses) OR Yearbook-Only sitting (NO charge).

Sign up for ONE photo slot only.

You can bring PROPS for your casual photos (Examples: trophies, person, uniform)
Sign-Up Genius Troubleshooting:
At the bottom of the screen, click on the "Submit and sign-up" button. You will then complete your registration and that's it. You're done!

They will take cash, cheques, debit and credit cards.

Both the formal grad & casual photos will be taken at the same time.

Your 16 proofs and ordering instructions will arrive about one week after all photos are completed.

The yearbook only option is free but you still must sign up in the yearbook only slots to have your formal portrait taken. This will ensure your photo will be included in the yearbook and all other special grad related events.

Missed Proofing Day? The Yearbook Staff will do their best to ensure accuracy,
but your comment will be printed "as is" if you don't come to proof-read & make changes to it during the above time(s)
